These terms apply to the system-check booking and appointment messaging program of Clark County Water LLC, operating as Kinetico of Las Vegas (Kinetico Quality Water Systems). Jeremy Stidham coordinates visits.
SMS Terms
By selecting “Phone calls and SMS appointment reminders and updates” when booking, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, day-before reminders, scheduling changes and arrival updates at the number you provide. Messages may be automated. Message frequency varies with appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to texts is optional and is not required to purchase, book, or receive a system check. This program does not enroll you in marketing, sales or referral messages.
When messaging is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also withdraw permission or get help by emailing jeremy.stidham.kinetico@gmail.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment. To cancel or reschedule before your appointment day, use the private link in your confirmation text. For same-day changes or if you do not have a link, contact Jeremy or reply to your original invitation. Keep your link private: anyone with it can manage that appointment.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery is not guaranteed; save your on-page booking confirmation. Automated booking confirmations are sent when SMS is selected and messaging is enabled for your booking. For appointments booked before 5 PM on the preceding day, a reminder is sent around 5 PM Las Vegas time the day before your visit. Late bookings receive the booking confirmation only. When you reschedule, an updated confirmation text is sent with the new date and arrival window. No automated booking email is sent.
Your appointment
Select a three-hour arrival window in Pacific Time. Jeremy calls approximately 30 minutes before arrival. Your visit typically takes 20–40 minutes. Eligibility is for existing customers within one year of installation, subject to review of the installation record.
