Who is this complimentary visit for?

Existing customers within one year of system installation. This visit includes a free water test, a check of every installed system, and time for your questions.

Does the appointment take three hours?

Visits typically take 20–40 minutes, depending on your systems and questions. The three-hour window is your arrival window, not the length of the visit. Jeremy will call 30 minutes before he arrives.

What if something isn’t working properly?

Jeremy will open a service ticket, follow up on the repairs, and return to verify that your system is working properly.

What should I have ready?

Please make sure your installed water systems are accessible and keep your phone nearby for the advance call. Bring any questions or concerns you’d like Jeremy to check.

What if I’m unsure of my installation date?

No worries—if you received this invitation from us, you’re eligible for your complimentary system check. You don’t need to look up your installation date or find your paperwork. Simply choose an arrival window that works for you.
