Clark County Water LLC, operating as Kinetico of Las Vegas (Kinetico Quality Water Systems), operates this system-check appointment program. Jeremy Stidham, Quality Control Manager, coordinates appointments.
Information we collect and use
We collect your name, phone number, service address, ZIP code, appointment selections and optional notes to arrange and provide your visit. We also record your SMS choice (selected or declined), the date and time, the consent wording and its version, the source form, and the phone number you provided. Technical request information is used to protect the form from misuse.
Appointment texts
SMS enrollment is optional. Choose “Phone calls only” or “Phone calls and SMS appointment reminders and updates” when booking. Booking without opting into texts does not prevent you from receiving a visit. SMS consent covers appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes and arrival updates, not promotional offers or referral requests. Storage and service providers
The booking website uses Netlify hosting and Supabase appointment storage. Records are synchronized to Jeremy’s private local CRM. Authorized personnel and service providers process information as needed to operate appointments and, when enabled, deliver texts through Twilio and telecommunications carriers. Appointment records are not publicly listed.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to affiliates or other businesses for their own messaging.
Your choices and retention
Contact Jeremy at the email above to correct information, withdraw SMS permission, or request deletion. Appointment and consent records are retained as needed to provide service, document permission and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Backups may retain prior records until their normal replacement. Please do not enter payment information or sensitive personal information in the notes field.
